David started his Real Estate career with Royal Lepage in 1986 just after graduating from the University of Western Ontario. David's Real Estate experience is broadened by his past work in Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal as well as Market Value Assessment with the Government of Ontario. David has an energetic work ethic with attention to detail that goes well beyond the sale or purchase of his client's home. This dedication has ensured repeat clients and referrals, placing David at the top level of Awards with Royal Lepage.
Derry started her Real Estate career with Royal Lepage in 1988 after an initial career with Revenue Canada. Derry, and her mother Velma Delahunt, worked together for 16 years forming one of Ottawa's best known, most successful Mother/Daughter teams, prior to Velma's retirement. Velma instilled in Derry a work ethic and consistent dedication to her clients. Derry has achieved Awards for each of her years in Real Estate, most recently the "Director's Platinum Award" and the "Lifetime Award of Excellence."
Derry and David were married in 1996 and have worked together successfully ever since. Real Estate keeps them very busy, but in their spare time they like nothing more than spending it with their beloved pup "Abbey". Other activities include travel, golf and volunteer work with several charities as well as spending time with family and friends.
